I am so thankful to have found Olivia’s COFFEEHOUSE on my recent stay in Eustis to take care of my mother, not only did I find the Best coffee in town after several days of YUCK… But I also found Olivia’s delightfully comfortable homey atmosphere a welcome treat and to be exactly what I needed. I have no idea what Olivia's is doing in a place like Eustis. It could easily thrive in an arty neighborhood of any metropolitan city. While I will most likely never be in Eustis again, I cannot tell you how happy I am I found this place.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a huge biker dude with long hair and a huge beard. He was the owner. Really? Burly biker running a cute coffee shop? Love it!
They serve a great breakfast/brunch filled with pastries, fresh coffee, special teas spooned into "make your own tea bags" and sensible array of breakfast sandwiches all hand made. The place is filled with art for sale and shelves overflowing with classy kitch items. Yeah, I said it, CLASSY kitch (old games, musical instruments etc.) They have a few couches that look like they have been well used in the past. My fave touch was each table has a different set of salt and pepper shakers. Roosters, sombraros, santas...adorable.
They serve lunch and dinner as well as beer and a selection of GOOD wine. They also have live music most nights of the week. Pleasssssse for the love of god, if you live in the area come here. It was family run and there is SO much love that has gone into this place and it shows. |

Yesterday, we drove to the relatively small central Florida town of Eustis, on the banks of Lake Eustis. Walking through the "historic" downtown area, we became hungry and looked for a place to eat.
We spied Olivia's, which is located in the middle of a block surrounded by nondescript stores, and decided to give it a try.
And were we ever glad we did! Owned by Olivia Spilotros, Olivia's offers a good selection of beer and wine and great food. The place was spotless, and service was superb and the food was outstanding.
As you can see, it is laid out in such a manner you might think you were dining at home...comfy chairs, books to read, games to play, and at times music for your listening pleasure.
Oh, they also sell coffee.
If you're ever in Eustis, do yourself a favor and stop by Olivia's. You won't regret it! |

| Stopped by Olivia’s for a great cup of joe…. A WOW of a coffee. Olivia has a great menu of coffees, expresso, cappuccino, lattes, fraps, smoothies and teas (over 40 loose leaf) Iced or Hot…Great Wines, Cold Beer!! A wonderful menu and everything is homemade…Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, Wraps (to die for), Sweets and Treats… The atmosphere is inviting, an energy that you feel before you open the door. Once inside, it’s a home away from home. And to top it all, Olivia’s has some of the best music in Lake County. If you haven’t been to Olivia’s on a Saturday night you are missing out. Check out the schedule on their calendar and make a date to check it out. You’ll become a regular like us. Thanks Olivia. |

A Place to Get Away
This beautiful ambient coffeehouse is situated right downtown Eustis and has become of a popular hotspot for many kinds of acoustic music---especially Friday and Saturday nights. Olivia Spilotros has put together the ultiamate elements of good and affordable food and a musical atmosphere that is overlooked in many places---sometimes it feels like Prairie Home Companion---sometimes it takes on a life of its own but features some of the areas most gifted songwriters and multi-talented musicans and is most of the time packed to capacity. Many people stumble on this hidden jewel by accident and become weekly attendees. The selection of herbal and regular teas, wines and coffees add to the charm---plus mouth watering desserts and friendly service. EVERYBODY SHOULD TRY OLIVIA'S AT LEAST ONCE!!!!!!! |

Not Just a Coffeehouse!
With a beautiful view of the sunset on Lake Eustis, a cozy atmosphere, and a very wide selection of herbal teas, beer, wine, and healthy and tasty dishes it's a very pleasant experience. Friday nights are open mic nights where you'll hear a wide variety of music. There are also scheduled music performances of well-accomplished musicians Thursday, Saturday, and Sundays- check with the restaurant. We are very fortunate to have this great little place right in our neck of the woods! |
